Online Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished manuscripts to Mechatronic and Information Technology Journal (MITJ). Submitted manuscripts must be relevant to the journal's scope and must not be under consideration by another journal.

Submission Procedure

1. Register and log in to the journal system.
2. Prepare the manuscript using the MITJ article template.
3. Complete all required metadata, including title, abstract, keywords, and author information.
4. Upload the manuscript through the online submission system.
5. Confirm and submit the manuscript.

Review and Publication Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo:

- Initial editorial screening.

- Plagiarism checking.

- Double-Blind Peer Review by at least two reviewers.

- Revision process (if required).

- Final editorial decision.

- Copyediting and publication.

Submission Requirements

Authors must ensure that:

- The manuscript is original and unpublished.

- The manuscript follows the journal template.

- References are complete and properly cited.

- All authors approve the submission.

- The manuscript complies with publication ethics standards.
