Perancangan Aplikasi E-Kantin Berbasis Mobile (Studi Kasus: Politeknik Takumi)

Abstract

The development of information technology drives innovation in service systems, including campus cafeterias. This study aims to design a mobile-based E-Canteen application with a case study at Politeknik Takumi. The application is intended to simplify online food and beverage ordering, reduce queues, and improve service efficiency. The development method applied is the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, interface design, implementation, and testing. The result is a prototype application capable of displaying the cafeteria menu, processing orders, managing payments, and providing order status notifications. This application is expected to make cafeteria services faster, more organized, and deliver a better user experience.
